How to Initiate a Product Return ?

If you wish to return a product purchased from Hemrudh Innovations, please follow these steps:

1. Prepare a brief note mentioning the reason for the return.

2. Send your return request along with your order details via email to our support team.

3. Our team will review your request and respond within the applicable timeline.

4. Once the return request is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Policy :

Once the returned product is received and verified by our team, the refund amount will be processed and credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note:

• Refunds are not processed via cash or cheque.

• Refund processing may take up to 7 business days after approval.

• The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation Procedure :

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email with your order details.

2. Mention the reason for cancellation.

3. Our team will verify the request and process the cancellation accordingly.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated once the cancellation request is successfully approved.

Cancellation & Return Policy :

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and will be treated under the return policy.

• If a product has already been delivered, the return process must be followed for refund eligibility.

• Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories, documents, and packaging.
